Stoking the Fire podcast

To stoke a fire is to fuel or poke at a fire so that it may grow bigger. Culturally, it can describe igniting a passion, and is often used in a spiritual or wellness context. Fire gives us life- it illuminates our world, and gives us energy to grow. If a fire isn’t tended to, it often goes out. If it’s used unskillfully, it can cause serious destruction. Stoking the Fire Podcast explores different practices and experiences of wellness and spirituality in a way that is nuanced and informative. This multilingual podcast draws on guests’ own personal experiences to dig deep beyond superficial constructs, leaving no stone unturned.
