What to expect:

My aim is to help you come home to yourself, feel confidence and love, and access your true power. I help people find peace, safety, and empowerment- within their bodies, within an imperfect society, and within the non-linear mystical universe where all souls reside.

My style is client-led and trauma-informed, with the belief that people are the experts of their own bodies, and have the key to their own wellbeing. I help guide clients to paths that resonate.

Offerings:

I offer individual somatic healing sessions as well as longer working relationships that are built upon trust, nuance and deeper healing. Practices I use include bodywork, shadow work, guided visualizations, ceremonies, and more.

I am currently located in Topanga, California and offer in-person sessions in Los Angeles county. I offer virtual/phone sessions anywhere.
